By accessing or using YardQuote ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YardQuote is a software-as-a-service platform that enables landscaping professionals to create, send, and manage estimates and proposals via web and mobile.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Free Trial and Payment

YardQuote offers a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.

After the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan. Fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to proposals, estimates, client data, and other content you create ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YardQuote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of Your Content within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
